LIFE Groups
LIFE Groups are the heart of our adult ministries. LIFE stands for Living in Faith Everyday, and each LIFE group seeks to share in fellowship as they learn how to apply the scriptures to their daily lives. Here is the current list of Adult LIFE Groups:

Adults with a current age range of 20’s and up
Currently studying Cokesbury’s Adult Bible Study Series

Pairs & Spares
Led by Henry and Betty Heidelberger
Adults with a current age range of 40 - 50’s and up
Currently studying the Adult Bible Study Series by Cokesbury where lessons explore biblical meaning and how to apply that meaning to life. The study moves from a focus on the Word to our own personal, family, church and community concerns.

Family Ties
Coordinated by Michelle Keaton, taught by class members
Adults (20s-40s) with children
Biblical studies regarding families, marriage, finances, and other family concerns.

Adults with a current age range of 40’s and up
Currently studying contemporary issues agreed upon by class members.

LIFE Groups at other times
Disciple Bible Study
Led by Walt Garrett & Sandy Cobb
A 34-week, in-depth Bible study that covers 80% of the Bible over a nine month period. This is a serious commitment with serious reward! It begins September18, and participants must commitment by the end of September. Contact Walt Garrett for more information.

Military Support Group
Coordinated by Walt & Kenda Garrett
This group meets in homes and restaurants to share in Bible study, devotionals, and fellowship. Active duty and retired military and their families are welcome! They are currently studying “The Wired Word,” which considers current events within a biblical perspective.
Time: Thursdays 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Location: Members’ homes; call for directions.
Accountability Groups
We have several “accountability groups” that meet weekly to encouage each other in a confidential time of spiritual sharing. Times and locations vary, so please contact the church office for more information.
