3. Service and Outreach
At First United Methodist Church, every member is encouraged to take three steps in their faith journey:
To Love God -- make a personal connection with God through worship
To Love Others -- connect with others as you grapple with how to live your faith everyday
To Serve the World -- find a place to serve about which you are passionate
You may follow the links in the menu on the left side to explore some of the ministry opportunities available at JFUMC. As you look at all the ministries, you may find an area in which you would like to serve. If you do, simply contact the church office at 982.8176.
You may also think of an existing ministry area that is not included in the list or a new ministry area that you would like to help start. If that is the case, simply visit with the church staff so we can learn how we can help you serve in that area.
